INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Employment: Full-Time

Location: US

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and qualification from various lead sources - phone and email follow-ups
  • Prospecting through sales engagement platforms - Salesloft.com
  • Present company product information on a basic level for potential clients
  • Contribute to pipeline growth for net new customers

Qualifications:

  • Extremely knowledgeable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook for email
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Previous experience in desktop computing / mobile computing is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms - Salesforce.com preferred - will be asked to exhibit your familiarity
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, professionally aggressive, strong willed
  • Strong speaking and phone skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Full ability to work from home as this position will be remote full time

SALES ENGINEER

Employment: Full-Time

Location: US

Responsibilities:

Liquidware is seeking a highly experienced individual to join the company’s sales team as a Sales Engineer to provide technical sales assistance and all related support including presentations, software installation, meeting customer requirements and resolution of customer issues. Candidates must have a solid background in desktop virtualization technologies across the VMware, Microsoft and Citrix desktop platforms. Sales Engineers are required to interact with senior technologists both at end user sites and at channel partners and must be able to hold their own in highly technical dialog with these audiences. Applicants must possess solid written and oral communication skills with a strong command of productivity applications, such as MS Excel and Powerpoint. All Liquidware product training will be provided.  This position is located in the U.S.  Some travel required (20-40%)

Specific duties include:

  • Gain detailed understanding of and expertise with Liquidware's suite of products, including Stratusphere UX,  ProfileUnity and  FlexApp
  • Understand sales process, company strategy, competition and documentation process and creation
  • Perform technical product presentations including overview, architecture and use cases
  • Demonstrate product features and capabilities
  • Create custom reports based on customer requirements
  • Perform training sessions for customers and channel partners
  • Perform software installation and help customers use the product for assessments, diagnostics, migrations, performance tuning and health checks
  • Perform customer tech support function for ongoing sales opportunities
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues as needed
  • Strong customer facing interaction and presentation skills
  • Pre-Sales + Post Sales Consulting experience a plus
  • Very strong and deep technical background in virtualization, especially with VMware ESXServer/vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Citrix XenServer a must
  • Very strong understanding and deep technical background in desktop virtualization technologies, including VMware Horizon and Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux Administration
  • Understanding of SQL, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO,  Software distribution
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Must be open to learn, must take ownership, ready to wear multiple hats.

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in technical discipline.

Certifications in Citrix, VMware and Microsoft technologies preferred


PRE-SALES CONSULTANT

Location: UK, Nordics, The Netherlands

Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting to fill three strategic sales positions in key European locations, including the United Kingdom, the Nordics and the Netherlands for a Pre-Sales Consultant.  This position is is part of the Pre-Sales team and  plays a vital role in revenue generation and delivers business-centric value propositions to executive audiences in enterprise accounts. The Pre-sales Consultant has  expert knowledge of Liquidware solutions and participates extensively in sales cycles to support educating and onboarding customers.
